Am I Too Old For Cat Ears ?

Hello My Little Dumpling's,

          So I saw this really cute headband with crochet cat ears. It's one of the most adorable things I've ever seen. Of course I wanna buy it right now, but am I too old to wear a headband with cat ears ? Please comment below and let me know what you think. I'd really appreciate some help with my little dilemma lol.

Soap That Looks Like Donuts (I'm Obsessed With This Etsy Shop)

Hello Dumpling's,

          Oh my word lol, this shop is so amazing. I spent the better part of my morning perusing through all of the amazing soaps and concoctions she creates. It is so hard for me to choose what to buy. I honestly want it all. (Warning this post is going to be full of pictures lol.)

          The shop is called Aubrey Elizabeth Apothecary. Her products are hand made, adorable, reasonably priced, and of course vegan and cruelty free :)

          I really could sit here posting links to everything I love all day lol. All the soaps are scented in complimentary fragrances ( sushi = ginger fizz, oreo's = chocolate). She also has lip scrubs, body scrubs, moisturizers, lip balm. . . .  I will do a haul when my order comes in. I just have to figure out what to buy :)

My Blog Got A Makeover !

Hi Dumplings,

          On a complete whim I decided to revamp my blog. Do you like it ? This is just another piece in the misplacedmoo puzzle. I recently invested in some new editing software, and some other goodies to improve the all around quality of my uploads. My Birthday Wish List

          My birthday is coming soon :) I really love reading other peoples wish lists so I thought I would share my list with you guys.

 
Sigma Mrs. Bunny Travel Collection  I debated between getting the larger collection, but I really feel I would use all the brushes in the smaller collection on a regular basis.

Sigma Sigmax Round Kabuki This brush just looks so amazing. I don't have anything like it in my collection.

 Sigma Sigmax Precision Round This brush would make my life so much easier when applying eye primer and concealer.

OCC Lip Tar Pro Set My cousin (who's a makeup artist) raves about these. They look pretty awesome. I love pigmented bold lip colors.

Cannon Vixia M500 HD Camcorder  I have been wanting a better quality camera for my videos for a while. This one is freakin amazing !!!

Tri Pod Kit This would make on location videos so much easier. LOL you guys would laugh at the crazy things I balance my camera on.

OMG A Lipstick Dress This dress is so adorable.

          A while ago I talked to you all about my plans to quit birchbox and find a new monthly subscription club. After much deliberation I decided to go with Eco Emi. I really like they're philosophy, and there boxes look amazing. If you want to have a gander at some past boxes click here .

How To Beat The Blues

   

Hi Dumplings,

          We've all had those days when we wake up just feeling blah. It seems like once you wake up on the wrong side of the bed the whole day just doesn't feel right. Sometimes the blues hit you later on in the day. These are some of the ways I turn my mood around.

Write in a journal
     If you're feeling angry, anxious, confused, or sad writing your thoughts down will help you release them. It also helps you understand your feelings.

Take a shower
    Feeling clean helps everybody feel better, and use some delicious smelling products. Follow this with some pampering to your skin with moisturizers.

Drink water
     Doing something good for your body reinforces a love for your self

Move your body
     I know that when you feel down the last thing you wanna do is get off the couch. Trust me on this one. Moving your body not only releases mood boosting endorphin's, but it will also help take your mind off of what's bothering you. So work out, take a walk, or clean the house.

Put on some music
     Everybody has that list of songs that they love belting out and dancing to lol. I put together a list of songs I love Right Here :)

Watch A Scary Movie
    I know this sounds counter productive, but if you are caught up in a good exciting scary movie you won't be feeling blue :)
