Food Journal Week 3


Hi Guys,

          I'm sorry this weeks journal is up late. This week was only a one pound loss, but down is down right ?   I went from 214lbs to 213lbs.


Nov 11

herbal tea no sugar

morning juice
1 carrot
1 orange
2 apples
sprig of mint
1/2 cucumber
1" ginger

9 green olives

1 pk fun size gummy life savers

Evening Juice

1/2 bunch parsley
20 asparagus
1/2 pt. grape tomatoes 
1 apple
1 pear
1/2 lemon

yields 20oz

2 bananas 
1 nature valley granola bar cinnamon 

Nov 12

luna bar cranberry

morning juice

1/2 cucumber\
1 carrot
1 cup cranberry
1/2 lemon
1 1/2 orange
1/2 " ginger

yields 20-25oz

Lunch

8oz refried beans
8oz rice
1/4 cup salad mix
1/8 cup guacamole
3 tortilla chips

1/2 sop-papilla

Sorry guys I don't know what happened to dinner :(

1 cup shrimp chillaquillas

coffee w pumpkin spice

2 tiny pecan tarts

evening juice

1/2 pear
1 honey crisp apple
1 1/2 zucchini
1 cup spinach
1/2 lemon
1/2 bunch parsley
1 1/2 roma tomatoes
1 carrot
1/2 long english cucumber

1 banana
1/2 honey crisp apple
2 big pieces of beef jerky

herbal tea 2 tsp agave nectar

2/3 cups refried beans
1/2 cup rice
1 cup salad mix
1/2 avocado

Evening Juice

2 cups 50/50 spinach spring mix\
1 small lemon
10 asparagus
1/2 bunch parsley
1 carrot
1 small apple
1/2 long seedless cucumber
1 pear
1/2 " ginger

2 pancakes

luna bar coconut

6oz roasted chicken
2 cups spring mix

juice

2 1/2 apples
1/2" ginger

Evening Juice

1 lg roma tomato

2 baby kosher dills

chicken sandwich
  3oz chicken

 1 baby kosher dill

coffee w 4 tsp of flavored creamer

1 cucumber
1/2 bunch parsley

1 oz beef jerky

sunbutter 2oz jelly 2 tsp sandwich

1 1/8 cup egg drop soup + handfull of crispy noodles

coffee with flavored creamer

5 fried won tons
1 cup broccoli w brown sauce

Nov 18

1/2 nature valley granola bar oats & honey

2 high fiber tortillas
2oz tuna
2 tbs mayo
1/2 avocado

hot cocoa
2 mini pecan tarts

evening juice

1 1/2 tangerines
1/2 cucumber
1 cup cranberries
1 lemon
1 apple
3oz blackberries
3oz blueberries
1/2 banana
2" ginger
yields 24oz

1/2 quesadilla
1 tbs toco bell salsa

Another evening juice

1/2 medium zucchini
1 cucumber
1 lemon
1 apple
1 1/2 carrots
20 asparagus
1 1/2 cup salad mix
1/2 green tomato

yields 25oz

          This was a weird week my diet was kind of erratic.  Hopefully next week will be more organized :)
