Food Journal Week 2

Hi Everybody,

          This has been kind of an experimental week. I am still trying to find the right formula between eating and juicing. Okay here we go Weeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee ! My weight started at 216 this week then went to 217 and finisher at 214lbs.

Nov 5

Morning Juice
1 cucumber
1" Ginger
1 cup grape tomatoes
1 cup spinach
1/2 lemon
1 cup carrots
2 apples

yields 20-24oz

Lunch

1 1/4 cups whole wheat pasta
1/4 cups tomato sauce
1 marshmellow pumpkin from russel stovers
2 fun size snickers

20 oz water

evening juice

2 cups cranberries
1/2 zucchini
1 cucumber
1/2 tangerine
1/2 orange
2 apples
10 asparagus

25-30 oz

Nov 6

Morning Juice

2 cups spring salad mix
1 cucumber
1/2 cup carrots
1/2 cup tomatoes
1" ginger
10 asparagus
2 apples
1/2 lemon
1/2 bunch parsley

yields 30oz

lunch

turkey sandwich
  white bread, turkey, lettuce, mayo, bacon

2 fun size snickers

coffee with artificial ceamers & 2 sugars

evening juice

1/2 cup blueberries
2 oranges
1/2 lemon
1/2 tangerine
1 pear
2 apples
1/2 cup carrots
1 cup cranberries

Yields 53 oz  (this drink was too big. I would suggest dividing the recipe in half lol

herbal tea no sugar

morning juice

1 1/2" ginger
1/2 pear
2 whole carrots
1/2 cucumber
1/2 green pepper
1 apple
1 cup spinach
1/2 lemon

yields 15-20 oz

1/2 chicken salad sandwich
1/2 turkey sandwich (same as other day)
1/2 cheese danish
1 very small piece of italian bread with smart balance light

evening juice

1/2 orange
3 oz blueberries
1/4 cup strawberries
1 1/2 bananas
1/2 lemon
1/2 cucumber

(forgot to write down amount )

20 oz water

tiny minnie pecan tart

herbal tea

luna bar coconut

herbal tea no sugar

1/2 fresh express cesar salad kit
1/2 can of anchovies
6" piece of italian bread
1 head of roasted garlic
tiny pecan tart
coffee 1 creamer 1 sugar

Evening Juice

1/2 pt grape tomatoes
2 1/2 whole carrots
1 cucumber
1/2 lemon
1/2 bunch parsley
2 apples
1/2" ginger

yields 22oz

5oz steak

1/2 nature valley granola bar peanut butter

Nov 9

Morning juice

1 cup cranberries
1/2 cucumber
1/8 cup carrots
3 oz blueberries
1 orange
1/2 lemon
1 sprig of mint
2 apples
1" ginger

yields 20-25 oz

lunch juice

1 cup collard greens
1/8 cup carrots
1/2 pt grape tomatoes
1/2 lemon
1 apple
1/2 cucumber
1/2 bunch of italian parsley

evening juice

This came out so horrible I didn't write it down :(

1 honey crisp apple

Nov 10

Morning Juice

1/2 lb baby carrots
1/2 cup cranberries
1/2 lemon
1/2 orange
1/2 cucumber
1 apple
1" ginger

lunch

7 green olives
1 organic chicken polish sausage
1 head roasted garlic

4 slices of cocktail rye lightly spread with vegan cream cheese
1/2 fresh express cesar salad
nature valley granola bar

evening juice

20 asparagus
1/2 lemon
1 cup spinach
2 apples
1/2 pt grape tomatoes
1/2 bushel of parsley

yields 25 oz

          You may notice that there are a lot of half servings. I am doing this with a friend. If you wish you may double the recipe and save half for later. Just make sure to use an opaque air tight container :)
