My Food Journal

Hi Everybody,

     I am writing this post in conjunction with a  video for my collab channel. I recently started a juice fast that sort of turned into a modified diet plan. I have been mixing a combination of natural juice, and healthy meals. I talk more about this in the video below. I lost six pounds since october 30th. I wanted to journal what I'm doing so you guys could try it if you want. I will post my food journal every monday, and give you weight updates.

Oct 30 weight 222lbs

Herbal tea no sugar

morning juice
4 stalks of celery
1/2 asian pear
1 grapefruit
1 and 1/4 cup cranberries
1 cup grapes

yields 25 oz

tastes like grapefruit & celery, I used the asian pear cause I had it around. you could use an apple.

20 oz of water

1/2 honeycrisp apple

Afternoon juice

 3 leaves of kale
1 apple
hand full of parsley
1 cup of carrots
2 peppers
1 cucumber
1/2 lemon ( helps nutrients absorb)
1/2 cup baby spinach
1/2 cup grape tomatoes

yields 20 to 30 oz

This tasted disgusting lol.

Fruit and veggie plate
1/2 apple
1 cup carrots
1 cup alphalpha sprouts
1 cup spinach
4 stalks of celery

luna bar (coconut)12 oz of water

herbal tea

oct 31

morning juice

2" piece of ginger
1 grapefruit
1 orange
1 tangerine
1 cup cranberries
4 stalks celery
1/2 cup blackberries
1 cup of grapes
1 lemon
1 apple

yields 35 oz

delicious but a celery after taste

luna bar (coconut)

20 oz of water

Halloween candy
1 tootsie roll jumbo
1 fun size twizzlers
1 charns blow pop
1 fun size dots

evening juice

1 cucumber
4 kale leaves
1 and 1/2 cups spinach
2 apples
1 cup alphalpha sprouts
hand full of parsley
1/2 lemon

1 apple
1/3 cup raw cashews

nov 1

2" ginger
1 cup carrots
1 cup grapes
2 cups cranberries
4 tangerines
1 lemon

yields 25 oz Delicious

afternoon juice

1 cup of grape tomatoes
1/2 eggplant
1/2 hot house cucumber
10 asparagus
1/2 lemon
1/2 onion
1 gala apple
1 granny smith apple
7 celery stalks
yields 30 oz tastes like vegetable soup

bean & lentle soup

1 can lentles
1 can black beans
1 can diced tomatoes
celery & apple puree ( from juicing)
cilantro
3 bags of sazon
sea salt herb mix
4 potato's

I had 2 1/2 cups

1 fun size sugar daddy
1 fun size nerds

nov 2

luna bar coconut

veggie juice from yesterday 30 oz I made extra and kept it in a thermos.

luna bar cranberry almond

1 cup bean and lentle soup
1 cup salad

20 oz of water

2 bananas

herbal tea with 1 tsp agave nectar

nov 3

morning juice

1 1/2 " ginger
2 tangerines
1 orange
1 lemon
1 cup carrots
2 cups cranberries
1/2 mango

yields 24 oz

1 small avocado with sea salt
1 cup canned salmon

  veggie sandwich from subway on flat bread
        lettuce
        tomato
        spinach
        onion
        cucumber
        green pepper
        oil & vinegar

4 candy corn

coffee 1 thingy of artificial creamer and 2 tsp of agave nectar

fruit salad

1/2 apple
1 banana
5 strawberries

nov 4 weight 216lbs

herbal tea no sugar

morning juice
6 romaine leaves
1/2 cucumber
4 stalks celery
2 apples
1 " ginger
1/2 lemon

yields 22oz

10 fried won tons ( lol I know, but I wanted to see what happened). My weight went up 0.2lbs.
1 fun size snickers with almonds

20 oz of water

evening juice

1 cup grapes
1 cup cranberries
1 cup spinach
1/2 lemon
1/2 apple
1 banana
1/2 orange
1/2 tangerine

yields 24 oz

     well there you have it. This was the first week so things were a little hap hazard, and it was Halloween lol. I hope this helps :)
